General AltiMAX Arctic 12 is a studdable winter tire created for coupes, sedans, SUVs, and crossovers. The directional tread pattern and the extended central rib tread promote exceptional steering and confidence in dry handling, as well as improved tread life. The high-void angled tread grooves effectively evacuate water and slush from the tread to have a powerful grip to resist hydroplaning. AltiMAX Arctic 12 features optimized angled block edges and straight sipes in the center of the tread for additional biting edges to grab snow to increase the traction in slippery conditions.
